School Council

The School Council meet regularly to discuss matters put forward to them by their classmates.

Led by Mrs Morton, the School Council's focus is on wellbeing, linked to Brilliant Schools. All children in school have contributed to our 'Kindness Tree', writing a statement about friendship and kindness on heart shaped paper. We plan to lead wellbeing projects, with the aim of enhancing pupil wellbeing.

Our first project this academic year will be:

'Exercising for wellbeing'.

Linked to 'Bike to school' week, which is from 27th September to 1st October 2021.'

The School Council also decides which charities the school will support each year. In the past we have raised money for many different causes, including the Oxfam Yemen Appeal, BBC Children in Need and Comic Relief, Sport Relief, Macmillan and East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH).
