Message from the Headteacher
A very warm welcome to Longthorpe Primary Academy. I am proud to be Headteacher of a school where children are at the heart of everything we do. Longthorpe is a happy, welcoming and ambitious place and I am committed to ensuring that every child feels that they belong, that they enjoy coming to school and are supported to achieve their very best.
We have high expectations for all our children, both in their learning and in the way they conduct themselves. We believe that every child deserves an excellent education, with engaging learning experiences that build knowledge, develop confidence and inspire curiosity. Alongside academic achievement, we want our children to grow into kind, respectful and resilient young people who are well-prepared for the opportunities and challenges of the future.
